“Did you know the Moon has no light of its own?”

One question from a son became the beginning of AIABA.

The Moon reflects the Sun’s light. Children carry into the world what we share with them: care, knowledge, values and the way we treat others.

That is how our philosophy was born: parents are the Sun, children are the Moon.

Our name brings together two Kyrgyz words:

Ai — the Moon

A symbol of the light we share.

Aba — air

A symbol of the innocence and openness of childhood that we cherish.

AIABA was born in Kyrgyzstan. We want our games, stories and learning materials to reach children around the world — in their languages, with respect for their cultures.
